At Lensi Eye Centre, we focus on the examination and treatment of strabismus (squint) and amblyopia (lazy eye). We provide specialised eye examinations, assess binocular vision and eye coordination, and recommend individual eye exercises. You can also contact us if you need an eye examination for an educational-psychological counselling centre or if your child needs glasses.
We place strong emphasis on early diagnosis and vision screening, because proper visual development is most important during the first years of life. Amblyopia can be successfully treated especially up to the age of 7. Examinations and exercises are painless and gentle, and in children they are carried out in close cooperation with parents and a paediatric ophthalmologist.
We also help adults with vision problems, eye strain, and disorders of eye coordination.

Our orthoptics' services
At Lensi Orthoptics, we provide specialised orthoptic care. We work closely with ophthalmologists and ensure continuity of care according to your individual needs.
For children aged 6 months to 2.99 years
- Vision screening for very young children from 6 months of age
- Monitoring of visual development
For children and young people aged 3 to 17.9 years
- Specialised examination of strabismus and amblyopia
- Individual orthoptic exercises
- Assessment of visual functions in cases of reading and learning difficulties
- Examination for the Educational-Psychological Counselling Centre (PPP), including a specialist report
- Cooperation with a strabologist (a specialist in the surgical treatment of strabismus), including follow-up care
- Consultation and support for parents during treatment
- Children’s optical care, including solutions for slowing the progression of myopia in children
