Before the procedure
Before the procedure itself, we will first schedule a consultation appointment for you. The goal of this consultation is to assess the suitability of the procedure, explain the surgical procedure and postoperative care. The doctor will also warn you about possible complications. Finally, you and the doctor will agree on the date of the surgery.
During the procedure
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, meaning that the procedure is painless, you will be conscious the entire time and can communicate with the doctor normally. During the operation, skin overhangs are removed from both eyes, which are marked on the skin in front, and at the same time, fat pads. The resulting surgical wound is sutured with fine suture material so that the scars are as small as possible. The procedure takes approximately 45 minutes.
After the procedure
You can return to your normal life immediately after the procedure, but we recommend a rest regime in the first few days.
